TriarkOrigination

How origination works at Triark.

We operate three layers of infrastructure between a funding round and a placement. The system runs continuously. Pipeline is configured to the lane you own and delivered straight to your desk.

The Stack

Modern origination infrastructure, operated as a service.

Most recruiting firms rely on three sources of pipeline: job boards, referrals, and canvassing existing networks. All three share the same limits. They surface companies only after the req is live, depend on existing relationships, and can't see hiring demand that hasn't been posted yet.

Triark operates a different stack. Capital-event detection runs continuously across public filings. An enrichment layer turns raw funding events into actionable company records. A qualification engine matches them against the lane you own before any outbound is sent. The output is a pipeline of companies your team wouldn't have surfaced otherwise. Detected, enriched, qualified, and delivered.

The infrastructure is the product. The campaigns are how it's deployed.

01 · Signal Detection

Companies signal hiring demand before the job board does.

A company doesn't decide to scale headcount the day it posts a role. It raises capital, files the round publicly, expands a leadership team, opens a new office, or announces a product launch. Each of these is a public signal. In aggregate, they describe a company's trajectory toward a hiring surge weeks before the first posting appears.

We monitor capital-event filings continuously: SEC Reg D / Form D, funding announcements, corporate disclosures, and adjacent indicators. The engine surfaces companies whose filings and signal pattern indicate an active or imminent hiring need.

Detection is the first filter. The signal layer narrows the universe from "every company in the sector" to "companies that just funded and are about to staff up."

02 · Enrichment & Qualification

Every surfaced company matched to your lane.

Each surfaced company is enriched and structured into a working record covering:

  • Raise size, stage, and lead investors
  • Sector, business model, and headcount trajectory
  • Headquarters and operating locations
  • Decision-makers with seniority and tenure
  • The situational angle for outreach: why this company is about to hire and what for

Records are then qualified against the lane you own: the roles you place, the industries you cover, the geographies you work, and the raise sizes that fit your fee economics. Only companies that match the lane reach your pipeline.

03 · Delivery

Brief-matched companies, delivered ready to action.

Brief-matched companies arrive in your pipeline as soon as they pass qualification. You receive weekly campaign reports detailing the surfaced universe, enrichment volume, qualification outcomes, and lane saturation.

If you prefer done-for-you outreach, we run the outbound from your account on Smartlead and book the intro calls straight onto your recruiters' calendars. Either way, your team spends its time placing, not prospecting.

Each client owns a lane. No other Triark client touches a company in it.

Engagement

Campaigns are configured to lanes. Pricing is discussed on consultation.

Each engagement begins with a lane intake: the roles you place, the sectors you cover, the geographies and raise sizes that fit your desk, and the qualification standards your recruiters expect. Once the engagement is configured, campaigns can be active within a defined onboarding window.

We work with a small number of recruitment firms at any given time. Pricing is structured around the engagement type and lane scope, discussed during an initial confidential conversation.
