TriarkOrigination

Triark Origination operates modern origination infrastructure for recruitment firms.

We exist because recruiters still find their hiring companies the way they did fifteen years ago: job boards, referrals, and cold-canvassing lists. By the time a role is public, the race is already lost. We built the infrastructure that gets you there first.

Why We Exist

Origination is a signal problem, not a workflow problem.

The constraint on a recruiting firm's pipeline is not how many companies its team can canvass. It is how few of them are actually hiring right now. Every recruiter has the same access to the same job boards, the same LinkedIn, the same networks. The edge that used to come from a recruiter's relationships has been eroded. Everyone works the same reqs the moment they post.

What no recruiting firm has built is the ability to detect hiring demand in public data at scale, before the reqs go live. A company that raises capital is a company about to hire. That signal is public weeks before the postings appear. The capability is infrastructure, and infrastructure has fixed costs that don't justify themselves for a single firm. They justify themselves across a portfolio of engagements.

That is what Triark operates.

Operating Principles

A small client base. Direct relationships. One client per lane.

We work with a small number of recruitment firms at any given time. Engagements are direct: founder or principal to operator, no account-management layer. Each client owns a lane: sector, geography, raise size. No other client touches a company in it.

We do not work with every firm that approaches us. The infrastructure produces pipeline at a rate that requires the firm to be able to action it. Firms that can't work a lead inside 48 hours, or have no defined desk to fill, are not a fit, regardless of budget.
